Shipping Policy

At Hello Bisous, we currently ship online orders within Canada only. Orders are packed with care from Victoria, BC.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Canada only. We do not currently ship to destinations outside Canada.

Canada Shipping Rates

Standard Canada shipping is CAD $12.99 for eligible orders.

Free shipping across Canada is available on orders over CAD $69.99 before taxes and after discounts. Final shipping rates and available methods are shown at checkout.

Taxes on Shipping

Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the order, shipping address, and Canadian federal and provincial tax rules. Where required by law, taxes may apply to shipping charges as well as product prices.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Canada delivery usually takes 3 to 9 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details after your package ships.

Local Pickup in Victoria

Victoria local orders may be eligible for in-store pickup at Bisous Bisous, Unit 106, The Bay Centre, 1150 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before visiting the store.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@hellobisous.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, Hello Bisous is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check around your delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier.
