At Hello Bisous, we hope you love what you receive. If there is a problem with your order, please review the policy below and contact us. We will always do our best to help.
Returns
We accept return requests for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- in original packaging, where applicable
- accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- sale or clearance items
- gift cards
- personalized or custom-made items
- items marked as final sale
- used, damaged, or altered items not caused by us
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting a return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
Once we review the issue, we will work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.
Return Approval
Returns must be approved by Hello Bisous before being sent back.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:
- a damaged item
- a defective item
- an incorrect item sent by us
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Hello Bisous is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different item, the simplest option is usually to request an approved return for the original item and place a new order separately.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to help if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
