Where do you ship?

We currently ship online orders within Canada only.

How much is shipping?

Standard Canada shipping is CAD $12.99. Orders over CAD $69.99 qualify for free shipping before taxes and after discounts. Final shipping options are shown at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Standard Canada delivery usually takes 3 to 9 business days after shipping.

Do you offer local pickup in Victoria?

Yes. Victoria local orders may be eligible for in-store pickup at Bisous Bisous, Unit 106, The Bay Centre, 1150 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC. Please wait for your pickup confirmation before visiting the store.

What is your return policy?

Hello Bisous is exchange only. We do not offer refunds for online or in-store purchases unless required by applicable law. Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days if they are unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is complimentary for orders over CAD $99 when available. Gift wrapping is not offered for orders below CAD $99.
